merry christmas! the other day i was going through a rabbit hole to find more tokimeki photos, i wished that i had been a fan of tokimeki 10+ years ago.

tokimeki is probably one of my top 5 games and top 3 game franchises and i wishhh it was more known about in the west.

i will still be hoping that an official english translation comes out as i save money to get a ds and a psp. i want to have the true tokimeki experience one day.

this might be my favourite part of my blog since i can just ramble on about this game therefore the first thing i will say is that i believe the whole cast of tmgs2 and tmgs3 (haven’t played tmgs1 - forgive me!) are true yearners.

i have been on twitter/x too much the past few days and i saw a tweet about men who write love letters and i am 100% certain that the cast would do as such.

i am planning on replaying tmgs3. the first time i played i got kouchi’s confession and i can see him writing a love letter to bambi. he would probably find it hard to express himself in words but he puts his blood sweat and tears into it. kouchi is a shy lover, in my opinion. i like to imagine his relationship with bambi as his first. as i write this i want to date him again or do a bff route with him and his brother. 3p dates look fun!

i noticed that my favourite two main leads, kouchi and saeki both voice my favourite characters in bleach - is that a coincidence? no.

i want to date a lot more of the cast though. the first time i played tmgs2 i got waka’s ending - i like waka-sensei, he’s very gentle.

yesterday i finally got ppsspp on my ipad to play tokimeki! i was so excited.

the hardest part when starting a savefile is choosing a name, birthday and room. i'm ito hana (lastname firstname), my last name is pronounced as ya by the characters because it wouldn't allow ito to be pronounced. the speaking mechanic is my favourite, i wish western games had it but i have no idea how it would be implemented.

my birthday is 27/11, i used a random date generator to pick it and i chose the simple room since it had the highest intelligence.

i always choose blood type b since that's my blood type in real life. i want to donate blood sometime in the future (random fun fact).

my main goal is to unlock 3p mode with ruka and kouichi, level up in sweet devil mode and to win rose queen/come first in exams at least once.

i was first ranked in exams when i played tmgs2 - i celebrated a lot. i've done it in one game so i can do it again!

i have reached janurary of year 2 in the span of 3 real hours of playtime! i didn't take screenshots of my tokimeki states with everyone so i'll make sure i do that next time i update. i've dated kouichi and ruka at least 4 times. i wanted to date them more but ruka was always busy and kouichi kept calling me troublesome and hanging up on me. very depressing.

on a good note i reached sweet devil level 1! i love the dialogue when you reach that state - it's honestly my favourite thing in the game.

kouichi rejected going to the new years shrine with me so i went with miyo & karen. he's so cruel at the start of the game.
